And without the intervention of highly skilled personnel, with sophisticated equipment and co-ordinated methods, our driving pleasures could easily turn into carriageway chaos!

Weight a minute…

Hi All

Not  a typo in the title - just confessing to those of you who read my first post that I have to delay starting on my weight loss programme just now.

On reflection, I actually think that I would be biting off a bit more than I can chew right now, if I try to implement this ahead of other important things.

Losing weight is important for me, though if I make good money online I can get myself a Personal Trainer like Coach Alex Jeffreys has!  Read more...
